1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and oke4 ("oke4," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the oke4 online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at oke4.net (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the oke4 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the oke4 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gambling regulations and is strictly enforced by oke4.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of oke4, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the oke4 Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

oke4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of oke4 services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) oke4 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. oke4 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, oke4 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your oke4 login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying oke4 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

oke4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. oke4 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the oke4 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). oke4 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

oke4 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted on the oke4 Platform.

Deposits are generally credited to your oke4 account instantly or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take between one (1) and five (5) business days to process, depending on the payment method and the outcome of any applicable security checks.

oke4 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to oke4's verification requirements.

Any funds deposited into your oke4 account must originate from a payment source that is legally owned by you. oke4 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close any account where there is reasonable suspicion that funds have been obtained through unlawful means.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

oke4 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions that apply across all oke4 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each specific promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• oke4 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the oke4 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through independently monitored live streaming facilities. oke4 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players.

By participating in any game on the oke4 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each game are as published on the Platform and are binding on all players.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures and are not subject to manipulation by oke4 or any third party.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on oke4's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
• oke4 reserves the right to void any wager or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data transmission failure has materially affected the outcome.
• Winnings arising from a game that was affected by a technical error will not be paid out, and the original wager amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

oke4 works exclusively with reputable game providers whose products are certified by recognized independent testing laboratories. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke4 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including but not limited to card counting in live dealer games where such conduct is prohibited by the applicable game rules.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing oke4 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the oke4 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of oke4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without oke4's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any oke4 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital platform.

Any unauthorized use of oke4's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by oke4 and its licensors.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oke4 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, oke4 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond oke4's reasonable control.
• Any loss or corruption of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform, which are a natural and foreseeable consequence of participation in games of chance.

oke4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oke4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

oke4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with problem gambling. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

oke4 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your oke4 account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

oke4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation when requested.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Suspected use of automated software, bots, or other prohibited tools.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification procedures. oke4 shall not be liable for any losses you may incur as a result of account suspension or termination where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your oke4 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you accordingly.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

oke4 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and oke4 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

13 Amendments to These Terms

oke4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, oke4 will endeavor to notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the oke4 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and oke4 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting oke4's customer support team. oke4 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.
